Submitted UT EA on 10/27...why havent they requested my report?

I applied EA to UT last year and was well below their numbers, and I didnt get rejected untl late December...jsia

I submitted on 10/27 as well - no report request yet. My only guess is since I've indicated that I'm retaking in December, they will wait to get my report when December scores come out. Could also be because I'm below their 25% LSAT at the momoment (but above 75% for GPA - I know, worst kind of splitter)
