For the ease of tagging threads for the regulars, please post here when you are waitlisted/deferred.

Please include the school, whether you were EA/ED/Regular, and how you received notification.

I just got a letter yesterday 11/21/05 saying I was placed on the waitlist at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Florida, I applied regular admissions.

Florida 12/2:  Email titled 'UF LAW - Action delayed on your file."  Im assuming this is the same as a deferral?

Waitlisted at DePaul.  I found out through an e-mail from the Assistant Dean of Admissions.  I met him a couple of times and have exchanged emails with him periodically.  He actually went to law school with a lawyer at the firm I work at.  Anyways, I guess he felt obligated to forewarn me of my forthcoming waitlist letter.

Waitlisted at the University of Cincinnati....this letter was followed the next day by an invitiation to apply to the University of Cincinnati.

Not sure what to think about that...
