I got waitlisted at Pacific YESTERDAY!  wow... this late in the game.  They said I would know by the end of May or beginning of June.  So, basically next week.  hmm...

Waitlisted at NYU today. The letter was sent from NY and was suppose to go over the Atlantic and land in England...instead it took a trip around the world and went via Ho Chih Min City, Vietnam!

I've been hearing the term "holding pattern" a lot. I guess I have an intuitive understanding of what it means but could someone please clarify?
