Currently, I am waitlisted at WashU, Vandy, and Loyola Chicago(?), even though I was admitted to several schools in T25-30s which is weird because they were my safety school! Oh well... I guess. Anyone else have this happen?

um, i think WUSTL waitlisted just about everyone, from looking at LSN. i have been gone, but came back to a waitlist. marks my third waitlist. assuming i may have one or two more, as well.

I just want to get into W&L or W&M, and not have to worry about waitlists.  I might stay on the ND waitlist though if I got in to one of those.

...and today, WLed at American :-\

Not like I didn't see it coming. I'm going to pursue this one like crazy, though.

So now I'm on the waitlist for three schools- UGA, IU-Bloomington, and Emory.  I almost wish they had all rejected me so I commit fully to Alabama and their lovely scholarship offer.  Yet, I want to hang on for the off-chance they take me off their deathlist and simulataneously decide, "What the hell were we thinking?  She rocks!  Let's give here some $$$$!"

BUT, I want to go apartment hunting, loan scouting etc. ASAP.  Oh, why must I be a planner???
