Did everyone get these? I talked to the Dean of Admissions at the NY Law forum. Though I have low numbers he seemed to like me anyway. I'm hoping that I'm on some select list. They did take someone with similar numbers last year but he was the spouse of another student accepted.

I got a fee waiver from Case, but I didn't get anything specifically instructing me to apply early decision... good luck!   ;D

Well I got an email, and there was a line from it that said "You may apply directly on our web site at http://www.law.case.edu or via the LSAC Electronic Application process; in either case the application fee is waived."

I'm just going by what I received

ok. I got that email too. I thought it was waived for everyone. I know it is free from the site though. I wish my numbers were as good as your, then I would not have these questions. Case is one of my reaches. I am just hoping that they will give me some luv. They are the only school I know of that offers the JD/Biochem.

That's one.

Hey, if you apply ED and get deferred/waitlisted, are you still bound by the acceptance?

Im fairly positive if you get deferred then you are deferred to regular decision and thus no longer bound by the ED contract. I think you would be deferred before waitlisted in all instances. So the answer is no.
