Transfer GPA

Transfer GPA

Question about transfer GPA, I transferred from a good non-Ivy to an Ivy sophomore year.  At the Ivy I had over a 3.8, however freshman year I had nearly a 4.0 and the combined GPA is about a 3.9.

Question is this: do law schools include the freshman year in the GPA calculation, and do they weight the freshman year less?

LSAC will count your freshman GPA towards your cumulative GPA (which is the one that counts), and I don't think that schools will weigh it any less

All your grades will count, and will count the same.
