diversity statement

hi guys.  i was wondering how most people structured their diversity statements.  i am thinking one page, double-spaced.  but should i be thinking of it more as another chance for a personal statement? i'm kind of a non-trad, so could use the room for that.

I limited it to one page double spaced. You can do two, I guess, but you better have something extra-amazing to say.

Did you just plainly state your diversity factors or make it into a story, similar to the PS?
