This is pretty funny... I (the Temple troll) now have a counterpart on the other side of the state
To address the OP:
Temple University's stats for the entering class of 2005:
25th/75th percentile GPA: 3.21/3.66
25th/75th percentile LSAT: 160/165
Medians are claimed to be 3.44/163, but these figures are for 'accepted applicants'. For matriculating applicants my guess is that the median is 162.
You are just below the 75% mark in GPA and just below the 25% mark in LSAT. I concur with Pitt1L that you are in the running but that it might be a reach. It is difficult to gauge admission trends right now. The number of apps to Temple surged 17% 2005 over 2004 (~5300 over ~4500), probably fueled by massive public relations and recruiting efforts. Expect even stiffer competition this year, though to what degree I don't know.
That being said, I think you should strongly consider applying to Pittsburgh as well as Temple. Applying to Temple you'll probably be fighting about 5300+ applicants for 330 seats. Applying to Pittsburgh you only have to fight less than half the number of applicants for 243 seats. You've also met their average LSAT and are past the 75% line on GPA.
Either school would give you a good legal education and a degree that would initially place you well in its geographic region.
Jeezus- is this Pitt 1L a troll or what? perhaps the adcomms office is paying him to recruit?
