Interview- skirt suit?
« on: October 27, 2005, 10:01:54 PM »
I have my interview with a Northwestern alum coming up.  What's eveyone's take on dress code?  I was planning on wearing a nice pant suit, but is that considered too informal?  Should I wear a skirt suit?  Or am I just way over-thinking things?

a clean pair of pants suit or business casual would suffice.

If you have nothing nice to wear, then wear nothing at all.

I say its fine, as long as you do a Sharon Stone/Basic Instinct type move during your interview. Hawt. ;)

it really doesn't matter, so long as it's not cheap or too tight. if you want more information yale law school's career development site is really good.

I would say whatever you're more comforable in - if you feel akward in a skirt, it'll make you look akward all together

Definitely pants.  Too many things can go wrong with a skirt...hose vs. no hose, accidental flashing, weather could be cold, you'd have to shave......way to high maint.  Go for pants.  ;)
