His approach is unique.  But, like it or not, many firms want that kind of person- who even puts work before burying their own mother.  He will definitely land a job.

Maybe he's the coolest guy in the world, but he comes off as a real tool in that article.  I bet that's a turn-off to every firm he sends that to.  Crap like filing a brief for an interview is pathetic enough in the admissions process, to send it to a firm is borderline idiotic.
