Using a fee waiver if applying online through LSAC?

How does this work? If a school sends you a fee waiver via regular mail, how do you use it and still apply online? is it even possible?

you just send it via snail mail along w/ your certification letter to the school or the school may have notified LSAC and it will already show up as a CRS waiver.
