Hastings Waitlist *new thread*

Date is June 30th.

Just spoke to the Hastings Admissions office today.  They were not in a good mood.  Seems like deposits were due June 10th. Pretty sure they have a solid understanding of the class and have contacted those whom they will admit off the list.

Bad news for me.  Has anyone been accepted lately, or know of any news?  Would love to hear it, even if it its bad news.

hmmm..that's not good news.  What about the fact that they say most people will be taken from the list between mid-July and mid-August?  Do you think there's any truth to that    What's your back-up if Hastings doesn't work out?

Loyola, which I'm totally happy with, except for the price.  That mofo is expensive.

I've lived in Los Angeles for some time, have a great cheap apartment in a really nice area, basically am really comfortable right now (for the first time in 12 years in this city).  But I'd still like to head north.  40k cheaper at hastings, plus its a more prestigeous school, can't argue with that...

cool...mine is UMaryland....which i have no complaints about...

I'm confident the UC Hastings' waitlist will see some movement in July...hang-in there and keep your fingers crossed
