It is, however, wrong to threaten to expose the Dean of the school from pornography addiction should you not get in.  That is, unless said Dean really needs an intervention.

No, the only school that would make my life truly complete is Berkeley. If I don't get in there, I'll feel like half a human till I wither and die.

I guess it depends on what you'll do if you don't get in.  Personally, I want to go to BC more than I can remember wanting anything.  But if I don't get in, I'll still be happy to go to Suffolk or even New England.  Law school is what I want and going to Suffolk would be like getting some ice cream that isn't my favorite flavor.  Its still ice cream. 

However, if you only want to go to one school and don't want to go anywhere else, then I think you really need to re-think your priorities.  The main goal here is to be an attorney, right?

I am going to apply and go to another school if I dont get into my first choice- It's just that I really want to go to Marquette for their sports law program but I am keeping my options open.
