It's only appropriate to title your PS if you use a semicolon in the title.

Nah.  I gotta go against everybody else. the ; is dead.  Nobody ever learned how to use it properly, and your word processor isn't going to tell you how to use it. Note TDP's quote.

My use of the semicolon is not incorrect.  The fact that it could be a period shows that the semicolon is also technically correct.  A semicolon is used to separate two sentences that are related; that's exactly what I did.  Just because some people (including you, apparently) didn't learn how to use it doesn't mean that it's dead.
