Patently false. I got one with a 169 and annabel lee got one with a 163.

Maybe it's 170 for non-URM candidates?  Who knows...

I've checked LSAC, and it's not there. I thought the problem had to do with me not declaring immediately when I'd be applying to law school with CRS, but I've gotten NYU through the LSAC trick, and I got Michigan via snail mail (albeit later than most).

Click "continue" on the app screen. It will take you to a screen with payment options. For NYU and CLS, if your fee is waived, it will say so.

hey brave, you dont have to wait till you actually submit the app to NYU or CLS to find out if you get the waiver.  if you just click "continue" it will tell you, and then you can just cancel and it doesn't submit it.

so far, all those whom we've come across who have had sub-170 scores and received a columbia waiver have been URMs... so think it's a 170 cut-off for non-URMs... this is all just guessing tho
