Not to agree with John here, but maybe it would be a good idea to give us at least a part of your resume if you want us to come to the same conclusion you did.

Sure.  I'm sorry, but I'm really annoyed by uncle tom suburban blacks that can't relate to personal stories of (possible) discrimination.

I love how you assume I can't relate to it because I asked a simple question without even having made a judgement yet - if anything, I gave you the benefit of the doubt(citing Devah Pager).  If you want be to believe that your resume got rejected because you're black, then you'd better damn well be willing to show me that resume.  If Uncle Tom means someone who doesn't believe everything he's told at face value, then I'm guilty as charged.

How long have you been playing the part of victim?  I read your initial post and successive posts and it seems as if that is what you want, to be a victim.  That is my thought.
