Law School Discussion

Writing sample you wrote , but attributed to (signed by) a supervising attorney

I wrote an appeal brief during an internship that was used in a case.  It was about 99% my writing.  The attorney probably didn't care much about this case to let an intern handle it, but this is what happened.

The brief is signed by the attorney and attributed to him.

In my job search, can i use this as my writing sample? Is it unethical for an attorney to do what mine did here?

Will I get any sort of credit for this? These are the issues I'm wondering about with respect to this writing sample.
