Again, it won't hurt to look up some law firms (or whatever type of employer you are interested in) in the area you want to work and see if there are any suffolk grads. Then call them up and ask them if you can take them to lunch (or just talk on the phone if you aren't in the area).
For example: This firm

has about 37 boston lawyers who went to Suffolk for either undergrad or law school.
For example, you could email this lady
http://www.mintz.com/professionals/detail/name/jennifer-sacco-smith
and ask her some questions.
