law student help for someone doing case pro se

I am starting a suit against a major mtg.lender.  Wondering if anyone knows if it is allowed to seek help from a law student in my pro se status.  What would be the best way to find an interested party/parties (in the Nevada area/fed courts) Thanks for any information or help... :D

Hmm federal court and taking on a bank? You need a lawyer not a law student.
