Has the LSAT changed much in the last year and a half?

About a year and a half ago I studied for the LSAT examination, but due to various family obligations I had to put it on hold until now. I am wondering, since then, has the exam changed, for example harder LG's or RC, etc.?

The exam is always normed to the pool of people taking it.  It's not how well you do, absolutely speaking, but how well you do relative to everybody else taking the test. 

just do the best you can.  Everything will be fine.

less people taking it just means same score equals different percentile. Test same level of toughness for the same score, but the percentage changes.

not necessarily.  it all depend how one  group compare another.  if good test-takers drop out population, then one's percentile should go up;  if bad ones, down.

The Powerscore books address it- according to them, some types of questions are used at different times.  I can't remember specifics, but the relative differences should be small. There are so many kinds of LGs, for example-  They use a normal kind as a base frequently and change up a kind or another periodically making them unusual.

Fair enough, it is what it is. All the "inside" LSAT knowledge is mostly speculation and conjecture.

sorry, but no.  some just know more than others.  however, certain issues impossible address if data nonexistent or otherwise unavailable.

there nothing  unduly complicated about categorizing analytical reasoning problems.  data on that certainly exist.

I'm not disagreeing with you here.  And I am reconsidering how much I care about this.  Even a dog knows to stop chasing its tail eventually.
