Emailing potential employees

I was wondering what sign off you guys use when e-mailing a professional or potential employee.
I usually use "Sincerely," "Cordially," or if we're already familiar I might use "With love"
Thanks for your help.

Yikes. I would stay away from "With Love" at all costs. Just sounds like a law suit waiting to happen.

John4040's suggestions are definitely what's considered appropriate these days. Stick to those salutations.

The form I usually use is "Sincerely". You could also try "yours faithfully" but it doesn't sound very professional. The ending "Thank you" might also work.
