CA Moral Character App for Foreign Attorney Applicants

Hi,
Is there anyone who completed the moral character application as a foreign attorney application. What needs to be submitted different from local applicants? How long does it take, etc?

I don't need to fill up these kind of applications but from what I know it can take up to several weeks to complete, depending on the information you have and the info you have to search for.
