Selling Organs for Ramen

I know that selling Organs is probably illegal in the states, and if so not worth doing.(if anyone knows otherwise, post)

I heard somewhere once that you can sell your body to science BEFORE you die, and get the cash that way? Is that true?
If so, anyone know where or how?
