I notice that on some of the law school applications they ask if you have received any disciplinary action by your university.  Freshman year I think I received a warning.... or something to that degree for smoking a "hookah" pipe in someone's dorm.

Do I need to disclose this? I really don't want to. It seems like an invasion of my privacy... my school says that my judicial record is not allowed to be viewed by anyone without my written consent. What do you guys think?

why risk lying about it if small items anyways?

If you want to see what the schools still has on you, ask the school.
