FAFSA & Deciding Not To Go

There's a chance that I'm going to decide against going to law school (i.e., if I don't get into schools that are good enough to justify the debt).

What course of action do I take if I file the FAFSA, but then decide not to go to law school? Do I cancel the FAFSA? How would I do this?

None. Filing the FAFSA is no big deal. There are still a lot of steps to go before any money gets disbursed and you have to pay it back, so if that's not what you want, don't do them.
