Good Contract Law General Outline

If anyone is in need, I recently found this free contract law outline.  It does not contain cases but does do a good job of getting things in order for an exam.  I am not sure if they have any others, but it has at least helped me organize my own stuff.  I have included the link below.  Also, does anyone have a good torts outline?  We are using a very new book with no outlines out yet, just looking for something general to keep my head straight.  Thanks!

Nice.  I looks like you covered everything.  I am curious why it covered consideration before offer and acceptance.  It doesn't matter, but I found it interesting.  I saved a copy for an additional point of reference.
