Just Finished First Midterms
« on: October 13, 2011, 08:05:11 PM »
My analysis was spot on and I feel like I was able to effectively identify all the issues and analyze them exactly how I wanted to. I felt really confident leaving my classes.

I also memorized the rules themselves to a tee, except in one way. I used the phrase "mistake rule" instead of "mistake doctrine" for one class, and used the phrase "traditional definition" instead of "common law definition" for another.

With context, it is really clear what I meant, but I am worried that I will be docked points.

Midterms? In law school? That sucks.
