For those of you interested in participating, please submit your legal memoranda as an attachment to me in an email. A good way to get started is to read one of the fact patterns of your choice from the California bar exam; any year. Take one scenario out of the whole fact pattern. A slip and fall, for example, will be enough. An individual who breaks in and enters, slips and falls, and accidentally starts a fire will have too many issues to discuss. Then, put the key words from the simplified scenario into Google Scholar. Tell the e-Law Review how the court will decide our client's case based on the cases you have read.
