Colored Pencils and the Baby Bar
« on: September 05, 2011, 05:10:33 PM »
This may seem like an odd question. Can we bring colored pencils into the FYLSE testing centers? I'm working on issue spotting, and it occurs to me that I might save some time if I used colored pencils to circle the names, dates, and other facts in the hypothetical. Doing it in pencil doesn't help the facts stand out--if you know what I mean. I don't recall seeing anything about colored pencils on the instructions.

I didn't see anyone using colored pencils when I took the test.  And, I didn't think to bring any myself.  In any case, get so familiar with the multiple choice questions and the essay format that you won't need to use colored pencils.  This means doing at least 2400 multiple choice questions and studying over 100 sample essays.  If you can study all of that material in 30 days, that's great.  But, you might think about taking the test next June.
