Chances- 163 LSAT and 3.5 GPA

I was wondering if people could honestly tell me my chances and also my scholarship chances to any of these schools. I go to UNC-Chapel Hill for undergrad and I live in NC. GPA of 3.5 and LSAT of 163. Here are my schools:

NC Central
Elon
UNC
Wake Forest
Charlotte School of Law
Richmond Law School
University of South Carolina

If I could get a scholarship to a lower ranking school I really think I would take that because I want to do civil rights/ public defender work and want to work for low income people and I doubt I will be making normal salary compared to most lawyers. For this reason, NC Central is probably one of my top choices because it has a Civil Rights and Constitutional Law concentration.

Is South Carolina offer half or more scholarship to student? NC central is generous to scholarship in ABA-data. In Durham, near Duke.
