Chances at getting in/scholarships
« on: July 12, 2011, 12:57:37 PM »
I am a Morehead-Cain Scholar from Chapel Hill (University of North Carolina). I have a 169 LSAT and a 3.958 GPA in Religious Studies and Political Science. My top schools are Duke, UVA, Georgetown, GWU, and UNC. I am in-state at NC.  I am white and do not qualify for any kind of diversity scholarship.  Thoughts on admissions and scholarship chances? I am also taking a gap year and plan to work to help out with law school finances. I have one more year of undergrad.

Numerous schools will give you academic scholarships with those numbers. Check out lawschoolnumbers.com and you can get an idea of how much you will get with your numbers.

Thanks for the website. Any other suggestions on schools or ways to bolster my scholarship chances are welcomed. Should I consider retaking? My diagnostic avg was 173 and went as high as 178.
