Which law school in Texas is a good choice except UT?

All the law schools in Texas I know are UT, Southern Methodist University (Dallas), and U of Houston. Does anyone know about the two law schools in Dallas and Houston?

If I want to work in Texas, is UT the best choice?

Yes, they're both great schools.  You might also want to take a peek at Baylor.  I knew several grads and they seemed to do very well at graduation.

UT is excellent with a solid national reputation.  Dunno about the others.

Texas Tech law grads run the criminal justice system though. Look into that school as well.

IMO I think that the rank would look something like this:

1. Texas
2.  SMU/Baylor/UH -- SMU does better in Dallas, UH better in Houston, Baylor probably better everywhere else.
4. South Texas -- does good in Houston -- solid litigation credentials if you are on the moot court squad.
5. Texas Tech -- does better in North Texas including Dallas
6.  St. Mary's
7. TSU --  by far the least prestigious; grads have tough time getting a job and low bar passage rate.
