Patent bar review course (PLI/PRG unaffordable)
« on: April 12, 2011, 07:54:40 AM »
Hello all
I have got a $1000 budget for patent bar review course. I tried omniprep but it was a jumble of sentences. A $30 guidebook was better than that. I am now left with $1000 to spend. Is patbar ok ($595) or is there any other course that I can take.  I cannot take PLI or PRG because they are > $1000.

Thanks for any inputs

No, patbar is horrible, it is a re-hash of the MPEP.  Get a used PRG or PLI course set, they are out there for under $1000, the revision is changing soon though or it did change.  Study old exam questions, 1/3 of the test is old questions, word for word.
