Which Pre-Law course should I take?

I've been lurking for a while and decided to post to ask a question:

I'll be starting law school in the fall, and I want to take a pre-law course.  Based on my research, there seem to be two nation-wide courses, and a number of smaller ones at individual schools.  Since I don't want to travel to one of those schools, I'd like to get opinions on which of the "big two" is better:

Law Preview - ($995, live course, company also does LSAT prep)

Also curious if there are any other major players I left out.

It is a VERY good idea to take a course like this before law school.  I can also suggest Wentworth Miller's LEEWS program, which I took during first year and found very helpful, and the Planet Law School DVDs, which are not a course but still informative.  You should also read as many books about law school as you can before starting.  Finally, there are a number of prelaw tutors out there who work with students to get them ready for one-L year. 

The goal of these efforts should be to know exactly what to expect before you set foot in the door.  Many of the top students in my class weren't smarter than anyone else -- they simply came to law school knowing exactly what to do.  Feel free to e-mail me if you have any more questions.

Those courses can be helpful to not only give you a head start but also help you determine if law school is for you. It is better to figure out before spending $25k that you don't want to be a lawyer.

Kaplan offers a First Year Law Student course that I highly recommend that you seriously consider based on how helpful the their LSAT prep course was for me and many others. If your asking me which college courses you should take, then I would recommend intro to business law (for contracts), intro to criminology (for crim), and intermediate urban and regional planning (for property).
