Sealed bar exam results in NC

I just received a letter from the bd of legal examiners of the state of NC indicating that my bar exam results were sealed pending an affidavit and a possible hearing.  I brought a small "holder" into the exam building to keep my driver's license in.  I checked this at the door.  The bd considers this a wallet and a violation of the code of conduct.  Has anyone had an experience with the bd of legal examiners?

Yes, every time I've taken a bar exam.
