I'm hoping to take 1 of 2 routes to passing the bar. The first would be to apprenticeship for 1 year and pass the FYLE (baby bar), finish up law school, pass the bar. The second would be to serve an (3-4 year?) apprenticeship, pass the bar.
Does anyone know how to ensure that The California Bar Assoc. will approve my study/apprenticeship course? How does one go about finding a lawyer/judge to apprentice for? Is this a competitive field?
