Transfer from McGeorge to UC Davis

Hi,

I am a first year full time student at McGeorge (ranked 100)and I believe based on talking with my professors that I am in the top 10-12% of my class. 

What are my chances of transfer to UC Davis Law (ranked 23) based upon these scores?  Anybody out there do the same? If so, what scores did you get?
