If you are interested in studying law in Puerto Rico (and I imagine because you are going to practice in PR and you speak Spanish) the LSAT is irrelevant.  Law Schools there only care about your GPA and your score in the Examination for Admission to Graduate Studies (EXADEP), which is administered by the Educational Testing Service.

The EXADEP is similar to the GRE but in Spanish.

That is probably why the LSAT scores for admission to ABA law schools in PR are so low; plus the majority of test takers probably speak Spanish. The LSAT would not be a good tool to measure your admission qualifications in this case. The schools probably put more weight in the EXADEP.
