Texas Tech vs. South Texas College of Law

I am trying to decide between Texas Tech and South Texas. Here is what I know so far:
Texas Tech: T3, low tuition, I'd have to move to Lubbock.
South Texas: T4, more expensive than Tech, in my hometown (Houston).

Does anyone have any comments/suggestions? Does anyone know which one of these schools typically offers better financial aid packages?

That said, my guess is that STCL is better for you if you want to stay hometown.  Neither are nationally portable, but both work in their regions. 

Do your scores not work for Baylor, SMU, or UofH?  They'd be better bets for Texas employment.

Well, on the plus side, STCL has a good reputation in Houston and a good reputation for specific areas of law.

Is Baylor out?

South Texas for sure.
