IL character and fitness

I have neglected to file my state income taxes for 2007 and 2008 (I filed federal). I plan on filing them soon. I don't think I owe any back taxes and if I do it's less than $200. Does any one have any thoughts about if this will prevent me from passing character and fitness?
Thank you.

From my research, pay it off and you will pass. They may dig a little deeper because of it, but you should be fine.

Just file a tax return each year. If you miss one you can make up by asking a CPA to help.
Which costs more, paying a CPA to give you a sheet saying you are aces, or 3 years in lawschool for a job at GM?
