University of Wyoming -- 3.15, hopeful 150 on Dec LSAT, good chances?

I have a Bach in PoliSci with a 3.15 overall and 3.6 major GPA. I am a native Wyomingite and have good letters of rec., have not taken any LSAT yet, planning on Dec. Practice tests have shown a pretty consistent 151-154. I really don't want to go anywhere else but obviously would apply and go if I thought that I had a chance. Thanks for any advice.
