Hello all, I am a 1L, my decision to go to law school was made at the last minute and largely based on the fact that I received a full ride at a school. Without getting into why, I now realize that law school is not for me. The problem is that according to the contract I signed for my scholarship it says that if I drop, transfer or violate the student code of conduct I have to start paying the school back. I want out but I don't want to be +40k in debt. I was thinking that it did not say anything about failing out, does that mean I could fail out and not owe the money? If anyone has any experience with this stuff please give me advice.
