So I completed my torts outline based on the Aspen pirmer. I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to look through the first few pages to let me know if I am on the right path.
The end of the book was helpful in showing how to answer a law school exam. It is definitely nothing I have ever seen before. The big points being made on the application of the law to the facts does make sense though
