International Law Practice Requirment/Online Schools

Hello,

Does anybody know what the requirements are in order to practice international law? Do I have to be ABA approved attorney or should I hold LLm degree?
I am an online law program student (California approved not ABA approved though).Can I still practice international cases.

You'll have to be a bit more specific.  To appear before a court in the US hearing an international case you only need meet the requirements to appear before that tribunal (usually be admitted to the bar of the state where it sits) as far as I'm aware.  I don't know what is required to appear before the ICJ or other similar courts.  There is also a federal court for international trade which likely has its own requirements (and almost certainly posted on-line).
