Prefix on LSAC form

Two professors writing my recs have masters but not PhDs...on the LSAC form, should the prefix be "Mr." "Professor" or left blank? Thoughts?

You could say "Mr." for the prefix, but then put their Masters as a suffix, like Mr. John Smith, M.B.A.
