I have noticed that the older preptests' scales are a bit more liberal than the newer preptests' scales. For example, with the older preptests you can score a 160 with 73 questions right, but with the newer ones like with preptest 54, you need 78 right questions. Are the newer preptest questions actually easier and that's why the scale is different? Or is the current LSAT more difficult than it used to be? I realize that each test is scaled for difficulty, but since there is such a huge difference between old versus new I thought there might have been some change in the LSAT in general.
