Advice needed, please!

I need advice from law students (or those who have already been through it).  I am a paralegal student, in a long distance relation with a 1L.  I write a blog about the experience of dating a 1L.  And today, I posed a question to those who may have some insight.  Please take a moment and read today's posting (or just the last paragraph if you'd rather), as I want to do the best thing for my 1L.  The link is below.

I mean this very sincerely:

If you really CARE about this guy....TAKE IT EASY.  He has all the drama he needs right now.   
Being supportive is not quite the same as being on the top of his consciousness.  This is YOUR time
to "take one for the team."  Please don't give the poor guy any more baggage than
he needs.

That is---if YOU want to be with HIM...and you BOTH want to see him graduate.
