Brain blanks are so much fun

I was just writing a paper, and could not come up with the word I wanted to use.  Completely blank.  I knew exactly what I wanted to say, but for the life of me could not focus.  I went for a short walk and got the word.  Absolute.  Anyone else get these after long days reading/writing?

Most of the time I experience the same thing. All I can do is just be relax in few minutes to refresh my mind. I close my eyes and take a quick rest for me to recharge and think again if I'm in a good condition again.
