reapplying to law school- can I use the same LOR?

I'm going to be reapplying to law school this year- I applied in 08/09 for the fall of '09 academic year. I can secure one new LOR from my program director.
Is it okay to re-send the 2 old LOR's from my undergrad professors that I used last cycle?
