You should probably write a new one, unless you can't write a better one.  I doubt that they classify you as an undesirable applicant because you have a medical condition (lots of people do, further it's probably illegal for the schools to do so), but you'd probably be better off with a new PS just to show you're working hard to show them that you're working hard to show them you're worth admitting.  The best thing you can do for reapplying to a school that rejected you is to get a higher LSAT (or if you hadn't already graduated the first time you applied, show that you raised your GPA).
